Orders are typically processed for shipment within 1-3 business days. If an order is received after 10:00 A.M. (PST) it may be processed on the following business day. Please note that during certain collection launches, holidays, and other peak seasons there may be a delay in processing and shipping times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once an order has been placed we are unable to modify the shipping address or method. Thank you for your understanding.
AMENDING A SHIPPING ADDRESS
We apologize for any inconvenience. But unfortunately. We are unable to make any changes to the shipping address or shipping method once the checkout process is complete. Additionally we want to let you know that as soon as an order is sent from our warehouse we will send you an email with the tracking information for your shipment. Finally it is important to note that once your order leaves our warehouse it becomes your responsibility to monitor its delivery progress.

Thats why we are pleased to offer complimentary standard ground shipping on all full priced Mainline orders that are being shipped within the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. We understand that timeliness is of utmost importance to you, which is precisely why our orders typically reach your doorstep within the span of 5 to 8 business (for US) days after departing from our Los Angeles distribution center. As for other purchases shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the estimated weight of your package. Rest assured that we strive to provide you with accurate pricing information so that you can make an informed decision while shopping with us. At Aubert your satisfaction is highly valued, and it is our utmost priority to ensure a smooth and delightful shopping experience for you.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS
Unfortunately. We are unable to consolidate individual orders into a single shipment. Additionally we regret to inform you that we do not currently offer shipping services to PO boxes. It is important to note that international shipping rates may differ based on various factors. When you proceed with the checkout process. We will accurately calculate the shipping costs by taking into consideration your location and an estimated weight of the package.
FAILED DELIVERY/ RETURNED TO SENDER/ ABANDONED PACKAGES
If the provided shipping address and/or phone number is incorrect. Your package may not be able to be delivered. In this case the package will be returned to the sender (Aubert) at your expense. If you are not available during delivery attempts. Your package will be held at a local UPS center for you to pick up. However if you do not retrieve the package for any reason it will still be returned to the sender (Aubert) at your expense. For our international customers if you refuse to accept delivery of your package it will also be returned to Aubert at your expense. This includes shipping costs as well as any duty and tax that may have been incurred. These expenses will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Please note that packages held at customs will remain there for 30 days before being considered abandoned. If a customer chooses to abandon their package during this time. They forfeit their right to an exchange or refund for their order.
DAMAGED/OPENED BOX
If by chance your package arrives and it is damaged or has been opened we respectfully request that you take a photograph of the damage before inspecting the contents. It would be greatly appreciated if you could then proceed to file a claim with the courier who handled the shipment of your order. RETURNS & REFUNDS
WE HAVE A 7-DAY RETURN POLICY, WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE 7 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ITEM TO REQUEST A RETURN.
In order to be eligible for a return. It is important that your item is in the same condition as when you received it. This means it must be unworn or unused. Have all tags attached. And still be in its original packaging. Additionally please make sure to have your receipt or proof of purchase on hand.
To initiate a return you have two options. You can either begin a return request on your orders page. Or you can contact us directly at help@aubertnobles.com. If your return is accepted we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items that are sent back to us without first requesting a return.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you would like to ensure that you receive the item you desire as quickly as possible one effective method is to return the item that you currently possess. Once your return is accepted. You can then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS

We will guide you through our straightforward returns process.
Can I exchange my order?
Unfortunately. At this time we are unable to accommodate exchanges for any of our valued clients. However. We do offer a swift and convenient returns process. To initiate a return kindly reach out to us via email and we will promptly send you a return label. Upon receiving the returned items. We will gladly proceed with issuing a full refund as per your request. Rest assured that we will keep you updated on the progress of your refund through email. Please note that it may take approximately 2-4 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your original method of payment after the processing has been completed.
Can I update something on my purchase before it delivers if I forgot to add it?
As soon as your order is finalized. It undergoes immediate processing and is then dispatched to our warehouse for shipment. Unfortunately no alterations can be accommodated during this phase in order to facilitate swift delivery of your order. If you desire supplementary items. Can I change the color or size of the item I just purchased?

How do I return a gift?
We gladly welcome online purchases of gift items to be exchanged for store credit. To qualify for a return the item must be in its original condition, which means it should not have been worn, washed, or used and all tags must remain attached.
